In this donation-based course, you’ll learn how to consciously identify, be with, and navigate burnout.

In the middle of chaos and pressure in working environments, we can forget to prioritise self-care and, without even realising, burn out.

This course is for you if…

A self-paced course with 3 hours of lectures, guided visualisations, and dozens of exercises for self-reflection.

This is an introduction to the deep dive and self-awareness journey that is going through burnout.

Burnout leaves wounds that need healing and scars that keep burning for a long time. Starting to be aware of what is it and what opportunities can bring is already a great step forward.

We embark on a deep exploration of burnout, its impact on our mental and physical health, and what are the areas of its symptoms and its early signs.

#2 Being

Can burnout be gone just by removing the stressors? And the answer is: Unfortunately not. Burnout is a complex occupational phenomenon. In this session, we look at it in detail.

- The 6 burnout areas in detail.
- Possible scenarios at the workplace.
- Extra complexity layers.

#3 Navigating

Embrace the wisdom burnout can offer. Integrate the lessons and resources of self-care and consciousness into your daily life, that will sustain you on your journey to recovery and resilience.

Donation-based

Burnout is an extended and growing mental health issue that doesn’t know about roles or income levels. This is why this course is donation-based, with the aim of democratising mental health support.

The suggested donation for this course is 59 €, and you’re invited to donate as your income level allows, according to the value you think it will have.

Hola! I’m Judit, your guide in ‘Navigating Burnout with Consciousness’.

I’m a Change Nurturer, Regenerative Mentor, and Systemic Coach. I've spent the last 15+ years helping teams and organisations embrace change, in a mix of fields and roles in marketing and advertising strategy, team leading, community building, organisational culture, and business development.

As a burnout survivor, I understand what disconnection means professionally and personally. That experience in 2019 completely shifted my work and lifestyle, and today I’m devoted to raising self-awareness, inspiring conscious action, and encouraging mindset shifts.

My work results from my years of awe at what we achieve when we align with ourselves and each other. Alongside my solo practice, I contribute to the regenerative paradigm shift as part of the team Regenerators, provide pro-bono mentoring through the female factor, and curate and host sessions with the INNERWORQ team.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The pre-recorded sessions are a total of 3 hours, around 1 hour each. I suggest leaving at least 30 min after you watch each session to do the suggested Conscious Practices. Especially after the last session, where you’ll learn many techniques and practices to nurture self-awareness and consciousness.

  • I combine tested conventional and unconventional approaches, drawing on 15+ years of experience leading teams across corporate, start-up, and marketing environments to share insights and guidance for similar contexts.

    My training includes Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), Regenerative Leadership, and Social Entrepreneurship, among others.

    All of this is woven together with mindfulness and self-awareness practices, along with stories and insights from personal journeys into consciousness and regeneration. You can learn more about my background and experience on my LinkedIn.

  • I’m no doctor, no psychologist. I speak about burnout because (just like many others) I suffered from it for many years. What I share is based on my personal experiences and the healing journey I’ve been following since 2019, which involves practices of coaching and meditation, and studies in social entrepreneurship, regenerative leadership, and wellbeing in the workplace.

    I share methodologies and research from other health professionals who have investigated burnout and mental health.

  • When you sign up, you’ll get an email with the link and password to the page where the course is hosted. The pre-recorded sessions are also available on YouTube, if it’s more convenient for you to follow there.

  • Yes. The sessions are hosted on YouTube, and you can activate the auto-generated English subtitles. Right now, the sessions are just available in English.
