About

We’re wired to thrive together.

Hola! I’m Judit.

Judit Sáez Gonzálvez is the full name.
You know, in Spanish we have two surnames: one from the father's side and the other from the mother's.

I'm basically a fellow crooked human damaged by business as usual, burned-out workaholic, people-pleaser in recovery, anxiety relapse regular, impostor syndrome's unconscious advocate, trying to live a harmonious, sustainable, financially stable life. I do this through nurturing regenerative change for communities and individuals.

I have few (almost none) answers.
What I have is a strong willingness and commitment to sense and respond, to be in tune with what wants to emerge, to spot potential and tend to the conditions for thriving. I'm a master of none, an expert in practising, a forever guru apprentice.

As complex and beautifully imperfect as you are.

I’m a Change Nurturer, Regenerative Mentor, and Systemic Coach. I've spent the last 15+ years helping teams and organisations embrace change, in a mix of fields and roles in marketing and advertising strategy, team leading, community building, organisational culture, and business development.

As a burnout survivor, I understand what disconnection means professionally and personally. That experience in 2019 completely shifted my work and lifestyle, and today I’m devoted to raising self-awareness, inspiring conscious action, and encouraging mindset shifts.

I don’t subscribe to specific currents or frameworks, but weave together diverse perspectives and practices: “pick and mix” is how I make sense of reality and experimentation is my approach. I listen deeply, ask the questions that matter, follow my intuition, and create space for the kind of conversations that shift things.

My work results from my years of awe at what we achieve when we align with ourselves and each other. Alongside my solo practice, I contribute to the regenerative paradigm shift as part of the team Regenerators, provide pro-bono mentoring through the female factor, and curate and host sessions with the INNERWORQ team.

I also write in what I like to call my personal public journals, LinkedIn and Substack.

My mission

I help individuals and teams remember what it means to lead from a place of connection - with themselves, each other, and their deeper purpose. Through a regenerative approach, I guide people away from the exhausting cycle of business-as-usual toward cultures where both people and organisations can actually thrive.

My vision

I envision the world of work as a space where well-being, growth, and success aren't competing forces but natural partners - one that nurtures organisations, teams, and communities to unleash potential and enhance well-being for all, so we can thrive together. Not because it sounds nice, but because it's how we're wired to succeed.

Values

Freedom - The liberation that comes from breaking free from social and systemic conditioning, which gives us the permission to trust our intuition and be and act authentically.

Courage - The bravery to challenge the status quo, embracing vulnerability, expanding our comfort zones, and leading with authenticity. Courage is also present in compassion: the capacity to look without fear into the pain of the world.

Harmony - The balance that comes from integrating all aspects of ourselves and striving for equilibrium within the whole, complex, interconnected webs that are our teams, communities, and life on this planet.

“Thriving together is how we got here in the first place.
It's how our ancestors built communities, shared knowledge, and created the foundations of civilization. It's a fundamental principle, not merely a choice.
And one we've somehow forgotten in our rush toward individual achievement and competitive isolation.”

Previous engagements

It is no measure of health to be well-adjusted to a profoundly sick society.

Acknowledgements

My way of being and doing is inspired by the work of the Presencing Institute on Theory U, Othering and Belonging Institute's (OBI) Belonging Design Principles, the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) framework, Regenerators, Laura Storm and Giles Hutchin's work on Regenerative Leadership, Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey's model of Deliberately Developmental Organization (DDO), Ken Wilber's Integral Theory (aka AQAL), IMU Augsburg's Integral Map, Frederic Laloux's Reinventing Organizations, Nora Bateson's work on Warm Data, Joanna Macy's 'The Work that Reconnects' framework, Carol Sanford's work on Regenerative Business, David Whyte's poetry, and Bayo Akomolafe's words. And many more thinkers, doers, researchers, change-makers on the topics of belonging, culture, well-being, systems change, regenerative business, coaching, learning and development, and consciousness.

Shout out to all my bosses, managers, colleagues, collaborators, mentors, coaches, therapists, teachers, fellow students who showed me the edges of my being and doing, sometimes with tender care, sometimes with a push over the cliff.

Last but not least, the infinite sources of inspiration who are my parents, always going the extra mile in cheerleading and support; my little sister's embodiment of chaos and iteration that mothered the rebel in me; my grandparents' loving groundedness; my extended family's neverending love; my partner who lives in the magic realm of balance, presence and zero fucks given; my friends who are more soulmates than buddies. And to the awe-inspiring more-than-human world: my beloved Mediterranean sea, the squirrels and foxes behind my Berlin building, the sunsets and roaming elephants of Sri Lanka, the wild waves of the Aran Islands in Ireland, the fresh mountain waters of Granada, that cute little flower that always breaks through the asphalt, the seagulls of the Bosphorus in Istanbul, and the pink skies in contrast to the blue snow in Iceland, to name a few of the wonders we share this planet with.

To all of you, thank you.
