Turn your organisation into a caring and daring ecosystem

I support you in shifting mindsets, strengthening connections, and creating cultures where sustainable success and human flourishing go hand in hand.

Culture

Better we, better business.

Shape an organisational culture and ecosystem that regenerate both people and business.

Through bespoke programs, your organisation will unlock mindset shifts, strengthen relationships, and build cultures that prioritise well-being, resilience, and performance.

This is not about surface-level fixes. It’s about redefining how people work together, fostering authentic connection, and creating the conditions for sustained impact and growth.

With a combination of workshops, talks, guidance, mentoring and coaching, we will work on:

  • Mission, vision, values

  • Collective behaviours

  • Communication and feedback flows

  • Well-being

  • Employee engagement

  • Skills and capabilities development

  • Regenerative leadership

  • Decision-making

  • And more

Don’t choose between business success and well-being. Build a culture where both thrive.

I feel more confident and with more self-awareness and self-compassion. The sessions helped me a lot to slow down and focus. Also to identify situations at work or feelings I had in the past, which were seeds for my burnout. It has a mirror effect - a tool to change the way you see, and thus, you act. The fact of knowing that Judit talks from experience gives you confidence and creates a common space of mutual understanding.”

“The industrial-age way in which people work has eroded the very essence of what makes us an effective species. Today’s leaders must unlearn the behaviours of the past so that we can move into a future where people work better together in the pursuit of meaningful impact. Judit’s inspiring approach combines purposeful work and human leadership that will positively impact the lives and work of anyone fortunate enough to work with her.”

The building blocks to nurture well-being and self-development in your team.

Dimensions of Development

Personal and collective transformation are inseparable. Real change in the world begins with inner work, making it essential to understand the dynamic relationship between individual consciousness and collective impact.

  • The inner, rooted in individual self-awareness and personal development.

  • The outer, how our inner transformation expresses itself in our relationships, teams, and communities.

Diagram illustrating inner self-awareness and outer expression elements with icons. Inner aspects include beliefs, fears, vision, self-value, inner voice, self-compassion, belonging, trust, skills weaknesses, values, and intuition. Outer aspects include decision-making, change management, goal setting, way to achieve goals, feedback, conflict, engagement, collaboration, learning, excellency, culture, and leadership.

Areas of Development

These 6 areas of development are interconnected through the inner and outer dimensions, where the inner serves as the source of the outer.

The areas don't operate in isolation; they influence each other as integrated aspects of the whole person.

Balancing Being and Doing

Regenerative leadership requires balancing both being and doing.

Not everything is about productivity and action. How we are, our presence and way of being, equally informs our leadership. Both are essential for cultivating conscious awareness and a new way of leading that honors the full spectrum of human experience.

  • The inner beliefs we use to process reality and the fears that can block us, expressed as the way we make decisions in the workplace and life and how we navigate change.

  • The sense of self-worth and vision of our potential, which correlates to our approach to business and personal goals and vision, and how we work to achieve them.

  • How we speak to ourselves, especially in adversity, and how that translates into providing feedback and facing conflict.

  • The feeling of being held, safe, and part of something bigger, including our relationship with rest and restoration. This is expressed as our level of engagement, belonging, and our being in the collective dimension.

  • The way we perceive our skills and limitations, and what we do to overcome them in the workplace and collective spaces. This includes discovering our unique gifts and essence, understanding how to express that authentically through our work and contribution to the world. Our most authentic and aligned doing.

  • The connection to our intuition and values alignment, which links to our perception of organisational and societal culture, motivation, and leadership.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • True transformation in organisational culture requires long-term commitment, typically spanning 1 to 3 years, depending on the organisation. The programs I run have a minimum duration of 6 months, laying the essential foundations for meaningful change. Beyond that, the next phase will be co-designed based on the organisation’s needs and progress.

During the initial 6-month phase, participants can expect a time commitment of approximately 2 to 3 days per month. As my programs are bespoke, all these aspects remain flexible and will be adapted to each case.

One-off workshops, talks, and guidance sessions don’t have a minimum time commitment.

  • I combine tested conventional and unconventional approaches, drawing on 15+ years of experience leading teams across corporate, start-up, and marketing environments to share insights and guidance for similar contexts.

My training includes Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), Regenerative Leadership, and Social Entrepreneurship, among others.

All of this is woven together with mindfulness and self-awareness practices, along with stories and insights from personal journeys into consciousness and regeneration. You can learn more about my background and experience on my LinkedIn.

  • Depending on the location and nature (remote, hybrid, onsite) of the organisation, we will agree on physical or online sessions, as well as necessary travel expenses. I’m currently living in Berlin, Germany, and I travel often to Barcelona, Spain.

  • Yes, digital group sessions are recorded unless privacy and confidentiality have been specifically agreed upon beforehand. You'll have access to recordings through a shared folder available to relevant people in the organisation. However, 1:1 sessions with individuals will only be shared with those specific participants to protect their privacy. All recordings will remain available for 6 months after the collaboration ends.

  • The 6-month initial commitment will stay in place regardless of business priorities changes, given that this is a minimum time commitment to do transformational work. In case of major disruptions that don’t make it possible for the organisation to continue, we can evaluate emergency measures. In any case, no previous payments will be returned.

  • This is a bespoke service that will be adapted to your organisation's needs, structure, and number of people involved. A diagnosis phase is the first step to working together, and it will inform the strategy and required investment for the next stages.

  • Of course! Feel free to book some time to chat here.

  • Yes! We can chat about the approach and needs that would best serve you right now. One-off workshops, talks, or guidance sessions might be exactly what aligns with where you and your organisation are at the moment.

I’m a Change Nurturer, Regenerative Mentor, and Systemic Coach. I've spent the last 15+ years helping teams and organisations embrace change, in a mix of fields and roles in marketing and advertising strategy, team leading, community building, organisational culture, and business development.

As a burnout survivor, I understand what disconnection means professionally and personally. That experience in 2019 completely shifted my work and lifestyle, and today I’m devoted to raising self-awareness, inspiring conscious action, and encouraging mindset shifts.

My work results from my years of awe at what we achieve when we align with ourselves and each other. Alongside my solo practice, I contribute to the regenerative paradigm shift as part of the team Regenerators, provide pro-bono mentoring through the female factor, and curate and host sessions with the INNERWORQ team.
